I am often contacted by people who suffer from anxiety and depression and feel stuck as if they are doomed to live forever with these debilitating symptoms. The problem is that they don’t have the necessary funds to afford good solid therapy or whatever other reason they have.

 

I have thus created 4 videos that can help to alleviate the symptoms and maybe if you do it regularly help you to return t a relaxed and joyful life.

 

These meditations are not just band aids but has healing power in it.

 

The power of a daily meditation is well established, and I strongly advise you to listen to these videos on a regular basis and you are more than welcome to listen to other meditations as well.

 

If we can grow a habit to meditate each morning before we start with our day. Make sure that we are in a high frequency emotion like gratitude and love, that we have clear daily intentions and live a healthy lifestyle with good nutritious food and exercise. If we do these few simple things, are we well on our way to recovery.

 

You must realize that we create our realities with the way we think and feel and that this has a profound effect on our bodies and thus on our health.

Mindful

 

This exercise is one of the most important tools we need to use in our equipment for transformation. If one can act 'mindful' every day, e,g,. from our frontal brain, we will always be able to act in peace and harmony with ourselves and others. But we need to tame the primitive brain and make it clear that it is safe to place the frontal brain in command. We can achieve this by practicing daily meditation. I suggest that you listen to this meditation daily for a month and then start looking for your own meditation program that you are comfortable with.

 

Soul Space

The video below takes us on a journey to Soul Space. It is important to know that we are surrounded by a quantum field of energy and that all energy and information of what was, is, and will be locked up in this space.

Safe Space

In this exercise, we are going to create a safe place within ourselves that we can enter at any time if we feel anxious or emotionally upset. Safety really comes from within and nothing external can make it safe enough. Sounds weird maybe, but still very true. Let's jump into the next experience as a  tool on your journey.

Intention

We need to have a specific intention that we could put out in the quantum field for it to get answered or heard in order for us to attract what we intend.
